EPS Machine Main Features:
1. EPS Continuous Pre-Expander machine finishes whole producing cycle automatically, filling, drying, sieving, delumping and transporting to sillo.
2. Inner shell of expansion chamber are made of stainless steel, with insulation outside, lower energy wastage.
3. In PSY120, steam pressure relief valve is equipped to control even density.
4. First expansion and second expansion is available, density range 8-40g/L.
5. With customer's requirements, screw conveyor with light sensor can be supplied with extra cost.
